QA/QC Introduction

SDAWY is producing everything by itself from designing, mould making, metal producing, plastic injection, acrylic production, till completed finished goods. By controlling the entire process, SDAWY has the ability to innovate, maintain product quality and guarantee supply to the market.

During the production process, SDAWY will allocate one QC at each production section to ensure the good quality. After completion of the production, all the products will pass through a series of test via testing equipment (pictures as shown below), to test on the chroming level, load-bearing, stability and durability for the product.
